The Elsene district and the cyclist association are not pleased with Brussels Mobility. Today a pilot project was launched on the Generaal Jacqueslaan which transforms one car lane into a cycle path. Elsene fears long traffic jams will follow, and the cyclist association says a lot more needs to be done.
