Three Brusselaars are still in the running in the final of the prestigious Taittinger Champagne cooking competition. They faced off with two other candidates from the Benelux: two Dutchmen. They will be judged strictly, on the way the cook without creating too much waste and the winner can face the rest of the world in in Paris in November.
